Mountlake Terrace - Primary Suite Home Addition

A home addition provided the best solution for the owner of this quaint 1950’s rambler who was seeking a relaxing primary suite with Mid-century modern vibes. For the interior we introduced fresh white paint, warm wood tones, and clean lines to create a spa-like feel. The striking matte black plumbing fixtures and finishes balance the gray tile beautifully in the ensuite bathroom. Mindful material selections and an understated design allowed for a budget friendly remodel and a stackable washer and dryer package was installed in the closet for efficiency. To top things off, vertical wood paneling was applied to the exterior of the home and large geometric driveway pavers were introduced to add to curb appeal and pull in the mid mod design aesthetic.
