Seattle Magnolia - Landscaping & Site Restoration

For our Magnolia project, we worked closely with the homeowner to transform the landscape into a breathtaking outdoor sanctuary. Our team preserved a stunning mature Cherry tree while designing natural stone pathways and staircases that elegantly connect every corner of the yard. A multifunctional stone retaining wall, adorned with lush flower beds, gently slopes down to the parking area and workshop. We crafted custom railings and seamlessly integrated the DADU (Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit) into the backyard, blending it with winding stone paths, vibrant flower beds, and a cozy fire pit area that invites both relaxation and connection. The garden itself is a peaceful retreat, offering a mix of inviting spaces perfect for entertaining or finding solitude. Meander along the multilevel decks and soak in the panoramic views of the Magnolia neighborhood, with the majestic silhouette of Mount Rainier rising in the distance. This isn't just a yard—it's an outdoor living masterpiece, designed for both beauty and enjoyment.
